Parc Beaux-Arts in Ville Haute is the quietest central option — 11 suites around an interior courtyard, no street-facing windows, and the Grand Ducal Palace guards' shift change is the loudest thing you’ll hear. Hotel Parc Belair in Belair is genuinely residential-quiet, 15 minutes from the centre by bus, with parking. Le Chatelet in Belair is similar.

In the old town, Hotel Simoncini's rear rooms face a small pedestrian street with no nightlife.
